Booking & Cancellation
We understand plans can change. Here's what to expect.
Reservation Policy
A 20% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your date. The final balance is due 10 days before the event. Payment via secure invoice link or Zelle — include your invoice number in the memo.
Cancellation Schedule
- More than 7 days before: Refund of all payments except the 20% deposit.
- 4 to 7 days before: 50% of the total event cost is non-refundable.
- 3 days or less before: 100% of the total event cost is non-refundable.
Package Notes
Standard packages yield 25 servings. A 6-serving minimum is available for more intimate gatherings. All service charges and gratuities are established exclusively via signed catering agreement.
